Position Overview

• Urgent Block: February 12 (7:00 AM) – February 14 (7:00 AM)
• Duration: Ongoing needs following the initial urgent dates.
• Coverage Type: Call Only (24-Hour Coverage)
• Location: Wisconsin
• Credentialing: 90 Days (Standard), but Act 10/Emergency status is required for the immediate February dates.

Clinical & System Details

• Scope: Emergency General Surgery call and inpatient surgical consults.
• EMR: Epic.
• Background Requirement: To be considered for Act 10 emergency coverage, the candidate must have a clean background (no malpractice history or disciplinary actions).

Candidate Requirements

• Certification: Board Certified (BC) in General Surgery.
• Licensure: Active Wisconsin (WI) Medical License.
• Life Support: Active ATLS (Advanced Trauma Life Support) certification is required.
