Gastroenterology Locum Opportunity in Wisconsin

We are seeking Board Certified Gastroenterologists for an ongoing locum opportunity in Wisconsin. This position offers a highly desirable No Call schedule with the option for a week-on/week-off rotation. We are looking to fill 1.0 FTE and are open to multiple providers rotating to maintain full coverage.

• Credentialing: 90 Days (Act 10 is acceptable)

Practice Scope & Volume

• Typical Week: Preferred schedule is 1 day in clinic and 4 days of procedures (flexible).
• Patient Volume: * Procedures: 10–14 cases per day.
• Inpatient Census: Averages 28–30 (MSP) and 3–4 (ICU/IMCU).
• Clinical Support: APC support available in the clinic; highly skilled and efficient endoscopy teams.
• Procedures: General GI only. ERCP and EUS are not required or performed at this facility.
• Anesthesia: Available for conscious sedation; anesthesia blocks are scheduled and can be up-staffed based on confirmed dates.

Requirements

• Certification: Board Certified (BC) in Gastroenterology.
• Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS.
• Licensure: Active Wisconsin (WI) Medical License.
• EMR: Proficiency in Epic.
