Urology Locum to Perm Opportunity in Washington

?Position Highlights & Requirements

We are seeking 1 to 2 consistent Urologists to provide full-time 7-on / 7-off coverage in Richland, WA. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to transition into a permanent staff position if desired.

• Licensure: Active Washington (WA) State Medical License or active IMLC required.
• Certifications: Board Eligible (within 5 years of training), active DEA, BLS, and ACLS.
• EHR System: EPIC.
• Privileging Requirement: Must provide case logs demonstrating 150+ Urology Surgical Cases from the past 24 months.
• Clinical Skills: Proficiency across a wide range of general urological procedures, including Ureteroscopy with Laser and Shockwave Lithotripsy (ESWL).

Schedule & Shift Breakdown

• Work Pattern: 7-on / 7-off rotation (14 shifts per month minimum).
• Daily Hours: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour onsite coverage combining inpatient/clinic care). Overtime applies after 12 worked hours per day.
• Call Hours: Overnight beeper call (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM) post-shift.
