Critical Submission Requirement
No provider will be cleared for presentation without the following documentation attached:
- Vent Management Case Logs: Evidence of 15+ cases within the last 24 months.
- Format: Procedures must be clearly highlighted with specific dates and locations.
- Note: The facility will not search through dense logs; the 15+ cases must be immediately identifiable to meet the "Open ICU" privileging requirements.
Clinical Specifics
- Environment: Open ICU; Hospitalists manage their own vents.
- EMR: Epic.
- Shift Length: 12-hour day shifts.
Provider Qualifications
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) required.
- Licensure: Active Washington (WA) license or IMLC (compact).
Credentialing: 60–90 days.
