Credentialing: 90–120 Day Timeline (Standard Hospital Privileging)

Schedule & Clinical Workflow

Coverage Type: Call Only
Practice Setting: Inpatient / Hospital-based
EMR: Epic
Scope: Management of acute admissions, inpatient consults, and cross-coverage during call shifts.

Requirements

Certification: Board Certified (BC).
Licensure: Active Washington (WA) State Medical License OR eligible via IMLC.
Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
