Daily Clinical Expectations
The facility requires a provider who is comfortable balancing procedural volume with inpatient management:
- Procedures: Average of 5 MAC cases per shift.
- Rounding: Responsible for daily hospital rounding on GI patients.
- Call: 24-hour hospital call coverage.
Provider Qualifications
- Licensure: Active Washington (WA) Medical License.
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) required.
- Experience: Proficiency in standard GI procedures under MAC.
Credentialing & Timeline
- Process: 60–90 days.
- Strategy: Since today is April 7, a provider submitted immediately would be looking at a June or July start date. Given the "ASAP" urgency from the facility, candidates with a clean Washington file and no malpractice history will be prioritized to hit the 60-day mark.
