General: Cardioversions and TEE’s 

Required clinical activity in the last 24 months (case logs) Applicant must provide documentation of provision of cardiovascular disease services representative of the scope and complexity of the privileges requested during the previous 24 months. EP: Applicant must provide documentation of performance of electrophysiology cases (100) representative of the scope and complexity of privileges requested during the previous 24 months
