Locum Hospitalist - Inpatient Shifts with Mandatory Night Call (7on/7off)

Schedule: 7 days on / 7 days off rotation.

• Inpatient Shifts: 10-hour day shifts (specific hours to be determined).
• Night Call: Required after each 10-hour inpatient shift during the 7-day on period.
• Overtime (OT): Applies after 10 hours worked per day.

About the Opportunity:

Hospital in Everett, Washington, is seeking dedicated Hospitalists for locum coverage on a consistent 7-on/7-off schedule. This opportunity requires providers who are available to work 10-hour inpatient shifts followed by mandatory night call during their 7-day on blocks. This is a full-time coverage model during your scheduled weeks.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing comprehensive inpatient hospitalist care for adult patients.
• Managing a diverse range of medical conditions.
• Performing admissions, daily rounds, and discharges.
• Responding to and managing patient needs during night call following your inpatient shifts.

Mandatory Requirement: Providers must be comfortable and willing to work both the 10-hour inpatient shift and take night call after the shift. We will not consider candidates who are unable to fulfill both responsibilities.

Schedule: 7 days on (10-hour shifts + night call) / 7 days off.

Overtime: Paid after 10 hours worked per day.

Minimum Board Certification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
