Locum Interventional Radiologist - Onsite Coverage (7 Days/Week with Call)

About the Opportunity:

Healthcare is seeking dedicated and experienced Interventional Radiologists to provide onsite locum coverage at 2 Hospital. This opportunity requires a commitment of 7 days per week, offering a mix of scheduled clinic hours and call coverage. Emergency privileges are available for expedited credentialing.

Responsibilities Include:

• Providing a high volume (approximately 80%) of Interventional Radiology procedures.
• Interpreting general diagnostic imaging studies (approximately 20%), including X-ray, CT, and Ultrasound.
• Participating in the call rotation, providing timely response and management of emergent IR needs.
• Maintaining accurate and timely patient records utilizing the RPCE Tech Stack (Powerscribe 4.0).
• Collaborating effectively with referring physicians, technologists, and other hospital staff.

Focus: 80% Interventional Radiology, 20% General Diagnostics (X-ray, CT, Ultrasound).

Required Fellowship: Interventional Radiology Fellowship.

Modalities: Proficiency in X-ray, CT, and Ultrasound interpretation is required.

Call Responsibilities: On call 7 days per week, in addition to the daily clinic schedule. Specific call schedule will be determined.

Emergency Privileges: Available for expedited credentialing.

Volume Expectation: Approximately 45 RVUs per shift.
