Physical Medicine and Rehab Locum Opportunity in Tennessee

We are looking for a Board Certified Physiatrist to provide short-term coverage for a single week in Tennessee. This is a streamlined rounding role within a supportive hospital environment, supported by a dedicated internal medicine team.

?Clinical Details

• Schedule: June 1–5 | Typical hours are 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Flexible).
• Workload: Average census of 52 patients.
• Patient Management: Patients are seen 3 days per week.
• Scope of Work: The physician acts as a consultant. Since the medicine team handles admissions, discharges, and med-reconciliation, your focus remains strictly on Physiatry consultations.
• Call Profile: No call. After-hours needs are managed by the Internal Medicine team.
• Documentation: Remote support is provided for PAS sign-offs; EMR is Cerner.

Requirements

• Certification: Board Certified (BC) in PM&R.
• Licensure: Active Tennessee (TN) Medical License.
• Timeline: Ability to clear a rapid 10-day credentialing window.
