Procedures

• 24hr call + in-house clinic, 8hrs Monday-Friday. Inpatient & Outpatient nephrology, management of dialysis patients - hemo and peritoneal. No peds. 
• REQUIREMENTS: TN license, BC in Nephrology, clean background, Epic EMR

Requirements: 

• Are Board Certifications Req’d?:  BC in Nephrology required

• Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60 days
