CRNA Locum Opportunity in South Carolina

Coverage Details: 

• Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc): full time, 40 hours per week
• Frequency of any Call needed: 24hr shift required 1x day per week, no home call, provider is working in hospital for 24hr shift.
• Schedule Details: Schedule is a matrix of 24/8/8 (totaling 40 hours per week; 1x 24hr shift and 2x 8hr shifts per week), schedule is done on a rotating basis so weekends would be occasional.

• Support staff: 18 CRNAs, 5 anesthesiologists
• Department Description: Care team model
• Patient Volume: avg 30 cases/day
• Patient Age Group: 100% adults
• EMR/Documentation System: Epic

Requirements:

• Are Board Certifications Req’d?:  NBCRNA
• Which State License(s) Req’d?: SC required
• Certifications Req’d? (BLS / ACLS / etc): BLS, ACLS
• Specific Skills Req’d?: general adult anesthesia, obstetrical cases, pain management, ventilation management, evaluation and management of acute volume/BP issues, CRNA supervision
• CSR Req’d?: No
• DEA Req’d?: No
• Minimum Experience Req’d (# of years): 2 years minimum
• Are vaccines mandatory?: MMR, flu, varicella
• Any additional requirements/details to screen for?: clean backgrounds only, name + NPI for name clear
• Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60 days with SC license, 90+ without SC license
• Are you willing To License?: No
