We are seeking a Board-Certified Interventional Radiologist for an ongoing position, starting December 1, 2025. This role is a mix of on-site procedures and call coverage, with a need for at least one week per month.

- Monday-Friday: 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. with night call from 5:30 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.
- Saturday-Sunday: 24-hour call from 7:30 a.m. - 7:30 a.m.
- Responsibilities: You will perform a variety of procedures under IR, CT, and Ultrasound guidance. There is a contracted radiology group that handles all general reads, so no reading is required. You will receive an average of a few calls per day, with call volume being minimal.
- Procedures:
- Ablation: Lung, liver, bone, renal, adrenal
- Drainage: Abscess, Biliary, Nephrostomy
- Biopsy: Bone marrow, CT-guided, Liver (CT or US), Thyroid
- Vascular: Angiography, Chemoembolization/Radioembolization (Y90), Dialysis Access Intervention, TIPS, Venogram, Venous Intervention
- Other: G-Tube, IVC Filter Placement/Removal, Lumbar Puncture, Paracentesis, PICC/Pleurx Catheter Insertion, Port Placement, Uterine Fibroid/Artery Embolization, Vertebroplasty/Kyphoplasty
- Productivity: The 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. shift is steady with procedures, but physicians rarely stay until 5:00 p.m. unless on call.
- EMR and Tech: The EMR is primarily Cerner for hospital coverage. We currently use GE Centricity for PACs but will transition to Phillips Viewpacs on May 1st. Voice recognition is through Powerscribe.
