We are seeking a Board Eligible Neurosurgeon for an urgent 10-day 24/7 call block in Pennsylvania, with potential for ongoing future coverage dates.
- Licensure: Active Pennsylvania (PA) State Medical License or active IMLC with Letter of Intent (LOC) in hand.
- Certifications: Fellowship-trained in Neurological Surgery; Board Eligible through the American Board of Neurological Surgery (ABNS).
- EHR System: EPIC.
- Response Requirements: 30-minute call response time for STAT and Trauma consults.
Clinical Scope & Workload
- Inpatient Care: Daily rounding on an average of 10–12 inpatients.
- Consult Volume: Average of 3–4 new patient consults per day (STAT response <30 min; routine response <24 hours).
- Duties: 24/7 neurosurgical trauma coverage, emergency surgical interventions, inpatient rounds, and STAT consults.
