Emergency Medicine APP (PA or CRNP) - Independent Practice with Support
??We're looking for 1-2 Physician Assistants (PAs) or Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNPs) to join our Emergency Medicine team for ongoing, clinic-only coverage, starting August 1, 2025. We have a particular need for providers available for night shifts and strongly prefer local candidates.

- 6:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM
- 11:00 AM - 9:00 PM
- 2:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM
- 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM
- Patient Acuity: You will autonomously and independently evaluate and treat patients of all acuity levels in the ER.
- Team & Support:
- There are 6 APPs scheduled per shift.
- You will run codes alongside attending physicians.
- Approximately 27-36 hours of physician coverage are available per shift.
- Patient Volume: Our ER sees approximately 100 patients per day, with an average of 18-20 admits daily.
- Controlled Substances: Providers will issue controlled substances under their license with physician oversight.
- EMR System: We utilize Epic for our electronic medical records.
Procedures
You will perform all procedures related to Emergency Medicine, including but not limited to:
- Lacerations
- Incisions and Drainage (I&D)
- Reductions
- Intubations (done with an attending)
- Chest Tubes (done with an attending)
- Central Lines (done with an attending)
- Lumbar Punctures (LPs)
Requirements
- Minimum Board Certification: Board Certified (BC)
- Experience: Must be comfortable with autonomous and independent patient care.
- Licensure: Active PA or CRNP license.
