We are seeking a Board Certified CRNA for a long-term, full-time, ongoing assignment at a high-volume facility in Pennsylvania. This position offers an exceptional daytime schedule with absolutely zero night, weekend, or holiday call. To maintain continuity in their 24+ OR suite, the facility is strictly limiting consideration to providers who can commit to full-time availability.
??Clinical Schedule & Operations
- Availability Requirement: ?? Strictly Full-Time Only. Candidates must be available 3 to 4 weeks per month. Partial or sporadic availability will not be name-cleared.
- Shift Configurations: Choice of full-time tracks: Five 8-hour shifts or Four 10-hour shifts (Monday through Friday).
- Operational Details: Lunches are unpaid/not covered. No lodging or travel stipends are built into the hourly rate.
- Practice Model: 100% Medically Supervised. You will collaborate directly with an attending Anesthesiologist across both inpatient and outpatient surgeries.
- Support Environment: Highly efficient department backed by dedicated Anesthesia Technicians and Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs).
Case Mix & Clinical Scope
- Surgeries Covered: General broad-spectrum surgical mix spanning a massive 24+ OR footprint.
- Cardiac/Vascular: No open-heart cases. However, you must be comfortable with structural heart procedures, including Mitral Clips and Watchman device placements.
- Specialty Mix: Inclusive of Heads (Neuro-Anesthesia) and Healthy Pediatrics. No OB cases.
- Note: While healthy peds are in the mix, pediatric volume is very low; there is no dedicated pediatric CRNA track.
Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified (NBCRNA) required.
- Licensure: An Active Pennsylvania (PA) Medical License is strictly required in hand at the time of submission. IMLC routes will not clear in time for this specific timeline.
