General Cardiology Locum Opportunity in Pennsylvania

Coverage type: Call + Clinic

Coverage Details: 

• Coverage needed per month (24hr / hourly shifts / shifts + call, etc):  Monday through Friday 
• Frequency of any Call needed: 2 nights per week with 1 weekend per month. Morning call starts at 7am, evening call starts at 5pm.
• Schedule Details: (start / end times, days of the week, etc) 7:30am-4:00pm

Work Details: 

• Support staff: 5 front office staff and 6 nursing staff
• Department Description: Cardiology
• Patient Age Group: adults
• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: TEE/Cardioversions, nuclear studies, CTA

Requirements: 

• Are Board Certifications Req’d?:  BC in Cardiology required, BC in Nuclear Medicine required, able to read CTA – all three required
• Which State License(s) Req’d?: PA required
• Certifications Req’d? (BLS / ACLS / etc): BLS/ACLS
• Specific Skills Req’d?: Able to perform TEE's, cardioversions read nuclear studies and CTA's
• DEA Req’d?: Yes, PA
• Minimum Experience Req’d (# of years): 1 year minimum
• Credentialing/Privileging Timeframe: 60 days
• Are you willing To License?: No
