General Surgery Coverage (OR /Clinic)
Coverage Type: scheduled hours
Schedule Details: minimum of 2 weeks per month (need not be consecutive, but must be Mon-Fri each week)- 8 hour days

Work Details:

Avg. Daily Census: Estimates- Surgical Case Day: 2-5 cases. Scope day: 6-8 cases. Reestablishing this program after a 3-year gap so our volumes initially will be slow. Daily census is a conservative estimate. On clinic day, 8-10 patients but also as busy as the provider wants to be based on our referral volume. Upper GI Surgery
Procedures: Required to do both upper and lower scopes. It is a significant part of the volume.

Board certification: yes
License: OR license
DEA: yes
Privileging timeframe: ~60 days
