?Position Highlights & Requirements
We are seeking a Board Certified Urologist for an ongoing locum tenens opportunity in Ohio involving outpatient clinic, office procedures, surgical cases, and call.
- Licensure: Active Ohio (OH) State Medical License or active IMLC required.
- Certifications: Board Certified (BC) in Urology, ACLS, BLS.
- EHR System: MEDITECH.
Outpatient Clinic & Office Procedures
- Clinic Schedule: 3–4 half-day clinics per week.
- Patient Volume: 15–20 patients per day in office.
- Office Facility: 6 Exam Rooms, 2 Procedure Rooms, and 1 Urodynamics (UDS) Room equipped with flexible/rigid cystoscopes, disposable cystoscopes with bovie, ultrasound (vaginal/rectal probes), Trophon, and UDS machine.
- Office Procedures: Vasectomies, prostate biopsies, cystoscopy with stent removal, and prostate ultrasounds.
- Support Staff: 2 NPs, 1 Surgery Scheduler, 1 UDS Tech, 3 Medical Office Assistants, and 6 Clinical Support Staff.
Hospital & Surgical Operations
- Surgical Volume: 4–8 hospital procedures per day.
- Surgical Scope: Full-scope clinical urology including TURP, Ureteroscopy with Laser Lithotripsy, PCNL, Urolift, Aquablation, GreenLight Laser, SpaceOAR/Fiducials, prostate/kidney cryoablation, slings, prosthetics, and laparoscopic/open nephrectomies.
