Description

We are seeking a Board-Eligible (BE) or Board-Certified Radiation Oncologist for an immediate and ongoing Locum Tenens assignment in Ohio, offering a stable clinic schedule with no call requirement.

Assignment Details

  • Specialty: Radiation Oncology
  • Start Date: December 19, 2025 (ASAP)
  • End Date: Ongoing
  • Coverage Type: Clinic Only
  • Call Requirement: No Call
  • License: Active Ohio (OH) License required.
  • Credentialing Timeline: 15 Days (Expedited Privileges)

Schedule & Commitment

  • Schedule: Minimum commitment of 3 days per week during the initial December block is required. Dates can be slightly flexible.
  • Hours: Full-time equivalent (exact daily hours TBD).

  • The department is completely paperless and filmless.
  • Hospital EMR: Epic
  • Treatment EMR: ARIA RO
  • Equipment:
  • Siemens SomaTom CT Simulator (2015)
  • Varian TrueBeam w/ CBCT & VMAT & The Edge SRS Package (includes Vision RT/OSMS) (2015)
  • Varian Trilogy w/ CBCT & VMAT (2015)
  • Elekta-Nucletron HDR with Oncentra

  • ACR Accredited - In-House Pharmacy & Palliative Care - 1 Clinical Manager, RTT
  • ACoS Accredited - Nurse Navigators & Research Support - 1.6 Full-Time RN, OCN
  • HFAP Accredited - Spiritual Care & Financial Counselor - 2 Full-Time Physicists (1 Vacancy)
  • NSABP Accredited - Medical Nutritional Treatment - 2 Full-Time CMD
  • QOPI Certified - Continuing Development of Patient Services - 5.4 Staff RTT
