Medical Center is looking for Locum Coverage - Radiation Oncology!

Practice Setting: Outpatient

Dates of Coverage: 8/4/25, 8/5/25, 8/6/25, 8/7/25, 8/8/25, 9/29/25, 9/30/25, 10/1/25.

Schedule (Shifts/Hours): 7am - 4pm

Number of Physicians in Practice: 1

Will There be Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage: No

How Many APPs Provide Coverage: N/A

Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 35 treatment patients

Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Office/Clinic

Documentation System/EMR: Mosaiq, Epic

Submission Requirements

**MUST NOTATE ALL DURING NAME CLEARS**

Board Certified - REQUIRED
BLS - REQUIRED
Active OH license - REQUIRED; willing to accept IMLC candidates
Active OH DEA - REQUIRED
