Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT: 18-30

Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT: N/A

Trauma Level/Designation: Level 3

Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult

Documentation System/EMR: Epic for EMR, Mosaiq for RT Treatment

Required Procedures:

Conventional Radiotherapy, 3D Radiotherapy, External Beam Radiation - 3D-CRT, External Beam Radiation - IGRT, External Beam Radiation - IMRT, Orders Tests, Orders Images, Prescribes

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 16 weeks
