Medical group is seeking board-certified Pediatricians to join our team at Hospital in Athens, OH on a per diem basis to provide coverage.

- Newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists - No Pediatric floor coverage
- 24-hour shift of rounding plus offsite call
- Pediatric Hospitalists will perform circs
- Pediatric Consultations: Provide expert pediatric consultations to the emergency department, offering timely assessments, recommendations, and treatment plans for pediatric patients.
- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with a team of pediatric hospitalists and neonatologists to provide coordinated and comprehensive care to patients, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
- Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI): The ability to participate in CQI initiatives and clinical research projects, contributing to the enhancement of patient care outcomes and best practices.
- Knowledge Exchange: Take advantage of the opportunity to exchange ideas and best practices with a large network of Pediatrix providers, including over 400 NICUs and several thousand providers.

- Board Certified in Pediatrics - [REQUIRED]
- OH, license or active IMLC compact eligible [PREFERRED]
- Minimum of 1-year post-residency experience required [REQUIRED]
- Recent clinical experience required (within the last 12 months) [REQUIRED]
- Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire [REQUIRED]
- CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained [REQUIRED]
