Dates of coverage: June 29 (8a) – July 12 (6p).
The site is looking for additional locums to help fill in holes in their schedule!
- Practice Setting: Hospital
- Reason for Coverage: abrupt, unexpected, departure of a provider
- 100% Adult
- 100% Inpatient
- Average Number of Hospital-Based Patients Per Locum Per Day: 10-20+
- Other Neurologists will be Present During Locum's Assignment
- 2 Physicians in Group
- 3 Advanced Practice Providers in Your Group
- Lab & X-Ray Onsite
- Documentation System/EMR: Epic
REQUIRED DUTIES/PROCEDURES
- Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial)
- Thrombolytic Therapy
- EEG (Electroencephalogram
- EMG (Electromyogram)
- Brain Death Exam
~Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: as soon as possible.
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified - [REQUIRED]
- Active OH license - willing to accept IMLC - [REQUIRED]
- ACLS - [REQUIRED]
- A Self-Query NPDB report is mandatory at the time of presentation. The Self-Query NPDB report must be dated within 30 days of the presentation date. - [REQUIRED]
