Anesthesiology Locum Opportunity in Ohio

OPPORTUNITY: Dates in email. Hours 7:00 am- 3:30 pm. Hours may extend past 3:30 pm with surgery add-on cases.

Locum would be expected to arrive at 6:00 a.m. for unit orientation on the first day of the assignment.

4:1 Supervision only- Medically directed Must be able to run own room if necessary 19 OR, 5 Endo Rooms, 1 Maternity Dates needed: May 4- May 8 (will need to take call 1-2 days during the week) & May 11- May 15, (6am start for orientation first day only, 7am start-3:00pm unless asked to stay later for add on cases).

Call Schedule

• Call is shared with 2 CRNAs
• Weekday call is 1:4; Weekday call 7:00
• a.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Weekend call is 1:4; Friday 7:00 a.m. – Monday 7:00 a.m.
• Post call day off

CREDENTIALING REQUIREMENTS:

• CV
• Ohio license
• Board Certified
• 10 Panel Drug screen- must have before arrival
• Hepatitis B attestation
• TB
• Flu shot- seasonal
• COVID Vaccination card (exemption accepted)
• Respiratory Fit Test- N95 Respirator- can be completed on campus
• Social Security card
• Medical School Diploma
• Certificate of Internship, Residency, Fellowship, etc.
