Will the Locum Tenen Physician be Required to Supervise CRNAs?: both

Patient Age Demographic:  Geriatric

Number of Operating Rooms:  10

What is the ratio of own cases to CRNA supervision? Mix daily

EMR: Epic

MD:CRNA Ratio? 1:3/4

Breakdown of case mix? Ortho/ urology/ eyes/ endo

Patient demographic: Adults/ peds: dental eyes only 

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified - [REQUIRED] 
• Active NY State License at time of submission - [REQUIRED] 
• Active BLS, ACLS, PALS - [REQUIRED] 
• Providers must be outside of a 60-mile radius - [REQUIRED] 
• Must be available to work at least two weeks per month – [REQUIRED]
• Full Time - [PREFERRED]
• A Self-Query NPDB report is required at the time of presentation and must be pulled within the same month as the submission. - [REQUIRED]
