- 8-bed pediatric emergency department with ability to flex to 12
- 13,000 annual visits and growing!
- Pediatric subspecialty support
- 24 hour shifts
- Seeking providers with ongoing availability
Submission Requirements
ALL MUST BE PROVIDED/NOTATED AT THE TIME OF NAME CLEAR TO AVOID BEING REDIRECTED
- Board Certified Ped EM (no FM/IM) - [REQUIRED]
- Minimum 5 years experience in community PEDS ED setting - [REQUIRED]
- Cannot accept providers who have not been clinically active for 1 year [REQUIRED]
- Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment for form) [REQUIRED]
- CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained [REQUIRED]
- NV license or IMLC eligible [REQUIRED]
