Schedule
- Monday: Clinic (8 AM – 5 PM)
- Tuesday: Surgery + Clinic after scheduled cases
- Wednesday: Clinic (8 AM – 5 PM)
- Thursday: Surgery + Clinic after scheduled cases
- Friday: Clinic (8 AM – 2 PM)
Clinical Responsibilities
General Surgery consults, admissions, rounding, and emergency coverage
- Scheduled surgeries Monday–Friday
- 24/7 emergent surgical coverage
- Phone consults and inpatient management of General Surgery patients
- No APP supervision required
- CRNA anesthesia support available onsite

Requirements
Board Certified preferred; BE accepted within 3 years of residency
- ACLS & DEA required
- Active ND license preferred; IMLC accepted
- NPDB Self-Query required at presentation (dated within 30 days)

- Preference for clean background files
- Providers with malpractice history must include a detailed explanation with dates, status, and disposition
- Providers on active monitoring agreements or with revoked licenses/privileges will not be considered
