Neurological Surgery Locum Opportunity in North Carolina

Coverage Details: 

• Call coverage one weekend a month and to cover a few holidays (Spring Break March 27-April 5, Christmas etc). 
• Frequency of any Call needed: call 1 weekend a month and two weeks during the year to help cover holidays.  

Schedule Details: 

• All call for us is 7 am to 7 am.
• 7 am F-7 am M
• Up to 1 weekend per month
• March 27-April 5

Work Details: 

• Support staff: 5 Neurosurgeons on staff 
• Department Description: specialize in general neurosurgery, spine surgery and peripheral neve and brachial plexus surgery 
• Patient Volume: call coverage so varies 
• Patient Age Group: 
• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC 
• Special Procedures/Unit Details: 

Requirements: 

• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC 
• State License(s) / IMLC Req’d?: NC
• Certifications Req’d?: 
• Specific Skills Req’d?: 
• DEA Req’d?: DEA
• Minimum Experience Req’d: 2 years 
• Are vaccines mandatory?: no 
• Additional requirements/details to screen for?: well rounded Neurosurgeon that is BC that can come in and fit with culture.
• Privileging Timeframe: 60-90 days 
• Willing To License?: NO
