• Coverage for the following dates: 10/8 - 10/11, 11/23 - 11/29 (Dates may be added, depending on the needs).

Work Details: 

• Support staff: 5 Neurosurgeons on staff 
• Department Description: specialize in general neurosurgery, spine surgery and peripheral neve and brachial plexus surgery 
• Patient Volume: call coverage so varies 
• Patient Age Group: 
• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC 

Requirements: 

• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC 
• State License(s) / IMLC Req’d?: Willing to license with IMLC w/ Clean Background
• DEA Req’d?: DEA
• Minimum Experience Req’d: 2 years 
• Are vaccines mandatory?: no 
• Additional requirements/details to screen for?: well rounded Neurosurgeon that is BC that can come in and fit with culture of Cone health 
• Privileging Timeframe: 60-90 days 
• Willing To License?: YES with LOQ in hand
• IMLC Accepted?: NC is not IMLC
