Internal Medicine - Hematology and Oncology Locum Job in Kalispell, MT

Job Description : 

• We need the following dates of clinic and call covered.
• 1/26 – Orientation
• 1/27 – Regular 8 Hours – department orientation
• 1/28 – 24 hour call
• 1/29 – 24 hour call
• 1/30 – 24 hour call
• 1/31 – 24 Hour call
• 2/1 - Half day call and then hand off 
• 2/23 – 3/6 – will include weekend call coverage with the 2/25 AM – 3/4 AM call stretch
• 3/16 – 3/27 – will include weekend call coverage with the 3/18 AM – 3/25 AM call stretch
• 4/20 – 5/1 – will include weekend call coverage with the 4/22 AM – 4/29 AM call stretch
• 5/18 – 5/29 – will include weekend call coverage with the 5/20 AM – 5/27 AM call stretch

• Minimum Board Certification :  Eligible
• What is the license requirement to bid? : Licensed in MT or IMLC
• Estimated Credentialing Timeframe(Days) :  120
