Position Highlights & Requirements

We are seeking a Board Certified General Surgeon for ongoing monthly emergency call coverage in Missouri starting immediately.

• Licensure: Active Missouri (MO) State Medical License required.
• Certifications: Board Certified (BC) in General Surgery; active ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications.
• EHR System: Cerner.
• Work-Life Balance: Dedicated call-only schedule with zero scheduled outpatient clinic duties.
• Flexibility: Facility can accommodate up to 10 days of coverage per month on an ongoing basis.

Clinical Scope & Duties

• Call Coverage: 24-hour emergency general surgery call, including emergency room consults, acute care surgical interventions, and inpatient rounds for surgical patients.
