Description :Please submit providers who have 2 OR MORE WEEKS OF AVAILABILITY. Bids with less than that availability will not be considered. Clinic Mon-Friday 8am to 4:30pm. Could have half day off during the week (Monday-Thursday and hospital call) would like a provider who can give 4 weeks a month. this position will not job share with a physician that does 3 weeks on and 2 weeks off. 2 Fulltime Physicians and 2 Fulltime APP that staff the clinic. Duties: Primarily med onc and hem patients Procedures: Consults, follow-ups - possible bone marrow Call Type: beeper with some consultation. 1. What is the average patient census per clinic shift?15-23 2. night call patient census?1-2 3. What does call look like in the week and weekend? Phone calls and sometimes need to round 4. Do you require BMT or BMB to be performed by the locum? Yes prefer, but can work around 5. Who admits new patients? Hospitalist 6. % of Hemonc versus to Medical Onc 40/60 7. Any Acute Leukemia? Or Malignant Hem? No 8. Will emergency privs be offered for the open dates within 60 days?
