Drive-in candidates REQUIRED for locums to perm position.

They need to be board certified, and we have a need starting ASAP.

Contract Length: End Date: 6 months - possible extensions

Schedule: Monday – Friday (days) 8am-4:30pm

Work Details:

· Support staff: Full time APP support

· Amount of coverage needed per month: Full time coverage needed

· EMR: Epic

· Hospital bed size: 590

· Skills required: Medical Oncology/Hematology. Solids coverage required

Practice Setting:

• Hospital

Requirements:

· Board Certification: Required

· License required: MN license, IMLC accepted 

· DEA: Required

· Certifications required: BLS

Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days with license. 120 days if license is needed
