We are seeking a Board Certified Anesthesiologist for a long-term, ongoing locum tenens assignment in Minnesota. Operating within an excellent, physician-led model, this facility features a highly supportive CRNA group and an experienced daily team of Anesthesia Assistants (AAs). The department is seeking full-time coverage and offers outstanding scheduling flexibility.

- Flexible Configurations: The facility can accommodate multiple scheduling preferences:
- Full-time continuity track working a standard 40+ hour work week.
- High-yield block scheduling covering 1 to 2 full weeks per month.
- Shift Dynamics: Flexible daily shift options ranging from 8-hour to 10-hour days.
- Call Profile: Standard daytime shifts paired with lucrative, optional call rotations to maximize your revenue.
- Practice Footprint: Shifts are primarily anchored at the main hospital facility, with secondary options to provide daytime coverage at their modern, low-acuity Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).
- Technology: Streamline your pre-op, intraoperative, and post-op charting within an optimized Epic EMR environment.
Requirements
- Certification: Board Certified (BC) Only via the ABA/AOBA.
- Licensure: Active Minnesota (MN) Medical License or an active, assignment-ready IMLC passport.
- Life Support: Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are mandatory.
