Urology Locum Opportunity in Michigan

Assignment Overview

• Specialty: Urology
• Start Date: August 4, 2026 (or upon completion of credentialing)
• End Date: Ongoing
• Coverage Type: Clinic & OR (No Call Coverage)
• Rotation: 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off

Schedule & Clinical Scope

• Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Weekly Breakdown: 4 days in Clinic, 1 day in OR.
• Onsite Technology: Da Vinci Xi Robot available.
• Support: Dedicated clinic space ready for use.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Certification: Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) by the American Board of Urology or American Osteopathic Board of Surgery.
• Life Safety: ACLS and BLS required.
• Licensure: Active Michigan (MI) License, MI CDS, and MI DEA.
• Experience: * Must have performed at least 50 urological procedures in the last 12 months OR completed an accredited residency/fellowship within the last 12 months.
• Successful completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited or equivalent foreign training program.

Credentialing & Onboarding

• Timeline: Approximately 30 Days.
• Background: Medical Staff Services/CVO will conduct a separate screening.
• Fees: Facilities may impose administrative or enrollment-related fees for onboarding.
