Practice Setting: Outpatient/Inpatient, Attached to hospital in a comprehensive cancer center

Reason for coverage: Full time physician just moved, looking for a replacement

Number of Physicians in Practice:  This locum would join 2 other full time physicians

Other Radiation Oncologists Present During Locum Tenens Coverage: Yes

2 APPs will also provide coverage

Average Number of Patients Per Day - OUTPATIENT (Clinic/Office): 30-50

Average Number of Patients Per Day - INPATIENT (Call/Rounding): 2-5

Patient Population: Adult

EMR: Mosaiq/EPIC

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
