Schedule:
- The need will be FULL TIME with one weekday call and 1 and 4 weekend call.
- Weekday coverage
- Monday - Friday (8a-5p)
- Call Schedule: 5p-8a, unrestricted call if able

- Practice Setting: Inpatient Psychiatric Department
- Average Number of Patients Per Day: 12
- Total Number of Beds: 27
- Number of Psychiatrist in the Group: 5
- Number of Advanced Practice Providers Support: 6
- Number of Psychologists: 0
- Locum Tenen Psychiatrist Required to Supervise Other Healthcare Providers: Yes, Psychiatric NP
- Describe Referral/Transfer Protocol: Referrals primarily coming from Muskegon and Grand Rapids EDs
- Safety/Security Measures in Place: Staff duress system, security on site 24/7
- No pediatric patients
- EMR: Epic
- Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months but need ASAP
