Neurology Locum Opportunity in Michigan

Hospital is looking for a Neurologist to help with their ongoing need!

• Will consider locum,  locum to perm, and perm providers.
• Practice Setting: Neurology clinic
• Reason for Coverage: Vacancy
• Dates of Coverage: As soon as credentialed 
• Rate Type:Hourly 
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Practice Demographics:

• 95% Adult
• 5% Pediatric

Patient Load:

• 16–18 office/clinic patients per day (7.2 hours per day)

Other Neurologists Present: Yes

Group Composition:

• 3 Physicians
• 0 Advanced Practice Providers

Onsite Facilities:

• Lab
• X-ray

Office Ancillary Staff:

• 1 RN Navigator
• 4 Medical Assistants (MAs)
• 3 Customer Service Representatives (CSRs)

• Documentation System/EMR: Epic
• Trauma Level: 2
• Board Requirements: Board Certified/Board Eligible
• State License Preference: Prefer providers with an existing license to expedite the process
• Certification Requirement: BLS

Required Neurology Procedures:

• Radiologic Exam Interpretation (Unofficial)
• EMG (Electromyogram)
• Botulinum Toxin Administration (Botox)
