The CRNA will work a weekday day shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM at the Endo Center. Responsibilities include providing anesthesia services independently for endoscopy procedures (primarily MAC).

JOB DESCRIPTION : 

Practice Setting: CRNA – Endo Center

Documentation System/EMR: EPIC 

No Trauma Designation 

No Pain Management Cases

Average Number of Cases Per Day: 10-16 

Description of IR Support Staff:  The CRNA will work with a dedicated Endo Center.

Patient Age Demographic: Adult, Geriatric 

Procedures Required: 

• Endoscopy cases
• MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care) 

CRNA solo cases

EGD with biopsies, if necessary

Colonoscopy with biopsies, if necessary

Combined: EGD/colonoscopy

10-16 cases per line.

08:00 – 4:30 pm

Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days.

Submission Requirements

ALL MUST BE NOTATED AT TIME OF NAME CLEAR

Board Certified in AANA: [REQUIRED] 

Active State Medical License (Michigan)/ Will Accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License: [REQUIRED] 

BLS, ACLS & PALS Certifications: [REQUIRED] 

Local Provider Only (mileage reimbursement only): [REQUIRED] 

Clean Malpractice & License History: [HIGHLY PREFFERED]
