Electrophysiology Locum Opportunity in Michigan

Facility in Petoskey, MI, is actively seeking a Board-Certified Electrophysiology Cardiologist 

Jon Details:

• Daily onsite Coverage (Clinic and Cath Lab) Mon - Fri 8am - 5pm
• No night call or weekend coverage required
• Coverage needed 3 weeks per month
• 20 outpatients in clinic, 2 full EP lab days/week
• Full clinic support including APP
•  Current EHR in use - Cerner
• Procedures/Skills required - Electrophysiology

Submission Requirements

• Board Certified in Electrophysiology Cardiology – REQUIRED
• Must have active MI license at time of name clear– REQUIRED
• Local provider - REQUIRED
• Coverage needed 3 weeks per month - REQUIRED
• Must be COVD vaccinated. Provide rates at time of name clear - REQUIRED                                                                                                
• DEA - Verbal Confirmation Required at Name - REQUIRED
