CRNA-Anesthesia Locum Job in Detroit, MI
SCHEDULE :
- Night shifts for Novi location only- 7p-7a 12 hrs or 11p-7a 8hrs or as a 24 hr shift 7a-7a
JOB DESCRIPTION :
- Coverage starts as soon as credentialed
- Schedule is Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
- 3 month contract with option to extend
- Documentation system used is Cerner.
- CRNA will work under a supervision model.
- Surgical cases per day range from 7 to 20, depending on case types.
- Pain management cases range from 0 to 10 per day.
- OR staff typically includes a surgeon, CRNA, supervising MDA, RN, scrub tech, and sometimes a first assist or resident.
- Patient demographics include pediatric to geriatric patients, excluding neonates.
- Required procedures include general surgical cases for adult and pediatric patients.
Additional Procedures Required or Preferred:
- General and IV sedation for plastic
- General surgery
- Robotic surgery
- ENT
- Orthopedic
- Podiatry
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60-120 days
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :
- Board Certified CRNA - REQUIRED
- Active MI license - REQUIRED
- Clean Background- REQUIRED
- ACLS & BLS through AHA - REQUIRED
- DEA & CSR -REQUIRED
- Local Providers - Highly preferred
