We are seeking a Board-Certified (BC) Hospitalist for an urgent, long-term Nocturnist Locum Tenens position in Maryland with a mandatory full-time 7-on/7-off commitment.
Assignment Details
- Specialty: Hospitalist (Nocturnist)
- Start Date: December 16, 2025 (Must start 7-on/7-off rotation by 12/30/2025)
- End Date: Ongoing
- Coverage Type: Inpatient
- Call Requirement: No Call
- Practice Setting: Inpatient
- EMR: Epic
- License: Active Maryland (MD) License required.
- Credentialing Timeline: 60 Days
Schedule & Commitment
- Schedule Format: 7 consecutive nights on, 7 consecutive nights off (7-on/7-off).
- Commitment: Full-time (two weeks per month). Partial coverage will not be accepted.
- Shift Hours: Typically 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM. (Occasional shifts may be 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM as needed by the facility).
Scope of Work & Team
- Duties: Covering floors and admissions as scheduled.
- Team Structure (Overnight): The overnight team consists of two providers covering the floors and one provider dedicated to the Emergency Department (ED).

- Provider must be able to run codes.
- No procedures are required, as the facility has a closed ICU.
