Description

We are seeking an experienced Hospice/Palliative Care Provider (MD/DO or APP) for an ongoing, inpatient-only position starting November 24, 2025.

Coverage Type: Clinic Only (Inpatient)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. No call requirements or weekends.
Daily Responsibilities: Round on inpatients on the palliative care list, respond to new consults from hospital medicine, and manage an average of 3-5 new admissions daily.
Support: This role operates independently (no APP/mid-level coverage). You will be accessible via telephone/pager while on-site.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of experience.
Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC), and BLS.
Active DEA registration is required.
EMR System: Epic
