Anesthesiology Locum Opportunity in Maryland

We are seeking a Board Eligible or Board Certified Anesthesiologist for two 3-day blocks in March. This is a strictly daytime, solo-practice assignment with no call and no weekend responsibilities.

Assignment Timeline

• Block 1: March 10, 11, 12, 2026
• Block 2: March 17, 18, 19, 2026
• Shift Times: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (Strict daytime schedule)
• Credentialing: ASAP / Expedited (Estimated 48–72 hour turnaround)

Clinical Details

• Case Mix: 100% Urology cases
• Anesthesia Types: General and MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care) required.
• Practice Model: Solo practice (One provider per location; 1 OR).
• Patient Volume: Average of 8 cases per shift.
• EMR: Cerner

Requirements

• Licensure: Active Maryland (MD) State License.
• Certification: Board Eligible (BE) or Board Certified (BC) in Anesthesiology.
• Life Support: Active ACLS and BLS certifications are mandatory.
