- Unit Volume: Average Daily Census (ADC) starts at 12 patients.

- Diagnoses: General Psychiatric diagnoses; no dual diagnosis (no primary substance abuse focus).
- Workflow: Daily multi-disciplinary treatment meetings attended by all team members.
Support Staff
The provider will be supported by a comprehensive team including:
- Nursing: RNs and Techs.
- Clinical: Dedicated Therapists.
- Leadership: On-site CMO/Administrative support.
Provider Qualifications
- Experience: Seeking an Experienced Provider comfortable with acute inpatient settings.
- Board Status: Board Certified (BC) required.
- Licensure: Active Massachusetts (MA) Medical License.
