SCHEDULE: On-call Shifts 7a-7a; 1-2 weekends per month
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Practice Setting: Inpatient/Hospital-Based
- Dates of Coverage: 1-2 weekends per month (Thurs or Fri AM - Monday AM)
- No other urologists onsite during assignment
- Number of Urologists in Group: 1 MD provides inpatient support, 2 APRNs are ambulatory/clinic-based only
- Labs & X-rays onsite
Required Procedures:
- General Urology
- Advanced Endoscopic Techniques
- Ureteroscopy
- Laser Certification
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days, temp privs available
Submission Requirements
- Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible - [REQUIRED]
- KY License - [Preferred], willing to accept providers with IMLC
- BLS/ACLS Certified - [REQUIRED]
- Flu Shot - [Required]
- COVID Vaccination - [Highly preferred]
