Neurology Locum Opportunity in Kentucky

Hospital - Neurology Locum Tenens due to a Provider Retiring. We will consider more than one provider to fill this full-time need. 

We are looking for a provider to start 08/04/2025  to work 2 weeks minimum per month and provide 6 months of coverage or longer. 

Shifts available: 8a-4:30p On-Site (total shifts needed 20)

The clinic will see patients M-F only, no call or hospital rounding. Limited to no overtime expected. 

Privileges available: Temp Privileges

Credentials Accepted: Physician (MD/DO)

Board level: BC/BE

Boards: Neurology

Certifications: BLS, DEA, KY License

Epic Experience

Workload: General Neurology Patient experience. Should be comfortable in a clinic setting and able to diagnose and treat disorders of the brain, spinal cord, and peripheral nervous system. This includes a wide range of conditions like headaches, sleep disorders, multiple sclerosis, epilepsy, neuropathic pain, dementia, Parkinson's disease, and stroke. 

Unit Details:

1 physician and 2 APCs in the clinic

Clinic Doc see’s 10-15 patients on average per day

Clinic Rooms:10

APC's in support of physicians and can take follow-up patients

Time template is 30 minutes for new patients and 15 minute for follow up patients
