Neurology Locum Opportunity in Kentucky

Facility - Neurology is in search Part Time Physician (MD/DO) providers for Locum Tenens due to Provider On Vacation.

We are looking for a provider to start 04/06/2026 through 07/31/2026 working the set listed dates needed.

• Credentials Accepted: Physician (MD/DO)
• Board level: BC/BE
• Boards: Neuro
• Certs: BLS or ACLS, ATLS, DEA Certificate
• KY License is priority due to April start date and onboarding timeline
• Workload: Onsite, inpatient only
• Required Experience: must be comfortable with acute stroke care including tPA administration and CT/CTA/CTP interpretation
• Target Stroke Elite Gold Plus Certified Primary Stroke Center, EEG and NCV/EMG interpretation a bonus but not required

Unit Details:

• 1 physicians and 1 APCs in Paducah, KY.
• Patients per day in Unit: 4-6 consults per day on average and could vary.
• Inpatient consultation service normally follows between 10-15 patients on average

Schedule:

• 7am start/end time
• 24 hour coverage
• On-site hours: report onsite at 7 am for rounding, patient care and will be on site for 8 hours most weekdays.
• Weekends will require on site rounding and night call
