Hospitalist Locum Opportunity in Kentucky

 Facility is in search Part Time Physician (MD/DO) providers for Locum Tenens to fill in open needs. 

We are looking who can work the below open shifts- no other dates will be considered

Shifts available: Est 21

Other job post notes: Must be able to work the below needed 

Day: 7AM to 7 PM 

Nights: 7PM to 7AM

Swing: 7 AM to 5 PM

privileges/onboarding for new providers is up to 120 days  depending on the locums response time on documents. Therefore new providers should consider start dates further out.  

Day shift 7a-7p:

• April 22-24
• May 7-10
• May 27-28
• June 6-7 
• Night shift
• April 17 (7p-7a)
• June 10-14 (7p-5a)
• June 14 (7p-7a)

Please confirm what dates your provider can work on your presentation. 

• Credentials Accepted: Physician (MD/DO)
• Board level: BC
• KY License
• Epic Experience
• Privileges available: Full Privileges
• Must be experienced with Open ICU and Vent Management
• Is Call required? During shift time only, not after-hours
• What are the Call hours: shift times only 
• Call Ratio: NA
• Round Required:  yes but on rotation based on other physicians working, 1-1 rotation, and will discuss this in further detail in the interview.
• Will Locums do Admits: no
